• A Branch Partnership with AMFC enables you, as an experienced mortgage professional, to build a successful company-within-a-company while retaining the simplicity of being an employee.  You will have complete autonomy over the day-to-day operations of your Branch Office’s business, the ability to expand into markets outside of your current sphere, and the freedom to conduct business as a Lender without having to meet net worth, licensing, or bonding requirements.  You do not have to disclose par plus pricing on the HUD if AMFC funds the mortgage loan, and you will have the freedom to submit mortgage loans to any of our approved investors or use DU and LP directly.  AMFC will provide closing documentation, funding, warehousing, quality control and other backroom procedures on loans funded by us.
